Your Pathways (pick one)
Psychiatry (Maui clinic): New clients complete a short intake in the Client Portal. We review and then schedule your initial in-person evaluation to establish care.
Insurance: HMSA + Med-QUEST accepted; Medicare not accepted.
Telemedicine with insurance: Start with Rula.They verify coverage and share cost estimates before your visit.
Wellness (BrainTap® & NeuralChek HRV): Intake in the Portal → we schedule an initial in-person evaluation. We often include an HRV baseline with first visits and suggest a re-check at 4–6 weeks.
329 Card (Medical Cannabis): Portal intake → in-person certification visit → complete DOH requirements online.
Pricing Notes
We don’t post psychiatry pricing online. Exact fees are discussed privately after intake.
Wellness services (BrainTap/HRV, bundles) are not billed to insurance; bundled savings may be available.
Some tests (e.g., PGx/specialty/functional) may be cash-pay or have specific coverage rules; we’ll review options before ordering.
